.co.uk hotmail address cannot send or receive to my ntl address

Hi,
Has anyone come across this before? A friend who has a
****@hotmail.co.uk email address cannot send/receive emails with my
NTL email address. When I send her an email from my ntlworld address
it appears to go to her OK but she is not getting them. At her end she
says that when she tries to send messages to my ntl address they come
back to her as "Undelivered". It's a bit of a nuisance as I am having
to use my own other hotmail.com address to correspond with her. Can
anyone advise a way around this as we will have to be in contact with
each other quite a bit in the future as she wants me to build her an
online sales website for her jewellery shop.

Well, I can't offer any help towards the email's getting undelivered, but in
the future, it might be worth using an IM client, such as MSN Messenger.
That way,. both of you can use your existing email addresses and chat live
when ever you need to. (presuming you're both online at the same time)
